Is it HOT enough for YOU???

This is what my car tells me as I drive home after work:

A SWEATY 102 degrees!

and 100 degrees!

I wish it were Spring again! It's just TOO HOT!!

Summer Sweet-ness!

One of my FAVORITE summer treats:

Home-Grown FRESH tomatoes! YUMM-O!!

Home Grown

We have TOMATOES!!!!

I got this Cherry Tomato plant from Carol (Beau's Mom) and I can't believe all the little tomatoes its growing!! I honestly didn't think we'd get anything out of potted tomato plants! But I think we are set for the summer!

The bigger plant on the right was a tomato plant that was given to me by the ward and its grown SOOO big and will be just days until they turn red and are ready to eat!!

Some of my flowers outside our door.

Summer Beauty is blooming at our house!
I love it!
A full yard on the other hand would be even better! :)
But I can wait...

Fireworks

To finish off our wonderful holiday we headed to BYU for most likely our last time at BYU to watch the Stadium of Fire fireworks show! This year Michael and his family went to the show because Marissa and Jordyn just HAD to see there Jonas boys!

What a great holiday to celebrate all our freedoms in this wonderful Country!
I love America!
GOD BLESS THE USA!!

Happy 4th

The 4th of July has so many great traditions in the Graves family. After doing the parade we headed to the Graves home for a DELICIOUS lunch. Michael made some FABULOUS dutch oven roast, Carol made cheesy dutch oven potatoes, I made Pretzel Jello Salad and oh man! you couldn't have asked for a better summer lunch!!

After lunch we played a little...

And then the water fight began...

I was lame this year and TOTALLY forgot our swim suits so Beau and I just watch the awesome action!

Then we settled down for a couple rounds of 4th of July Bingo

Freedom Festival Parade

This year I had Adysen have a sleep over and we took her to the parade. She had a great time running back a forth from Marissa's spot out by the road and our spot on the grass. We enjoy going to the big Provo parade but this year just seemed soooo crowded. It was hard to see anything with out people standing right in front of you! But all is all we had a great time!
